what happens when an unstoppable force hits and immovable object?
I find that levels doesn't work so well when dealing with underwater photos, just because unless you overexposed the image, there is no true white. When there is no white, it tends to blow out the highlights into a really light greenish/blue colour.
I'd stick with curves for this one, make the darks darker and highlights lighter.
I did the same thing as before with the soft light and screen layers, may have overdone it a little bit though. Then I toned down the blue. [link]

Levels aren't that great when it comes to UC shots. Like bubblywums said, you can't get any true white without overexposing the image.
But otherwise, the image is fantastic!
